I wear a few hats at Blue Goose as an Art Lab Assistant, AEC Instructor, and Cashier. My favorite art form is illustration, in any medium. I love how every illustrator has their own way of capturing the world and telling a story through their work. For me, illustration is a personal way to express myself and share my perspective. My go-to art supply is POSCA markers, and when I'm not making art, you might find me singing karaoke, or making a mean dirty chai latte!

Marketing and Social Media Associate
I'm Blue Goose's Marketing and Social Media Associate, also known as The Media Man. My favorite art form is photography because I love how a single image can tell a story in a simple but impactful way. Around the store, I'm drawn to anything related to miniature painting. Outside of work, you might find me brewing my own mead, dreaming of a life in the Shire from The Lord of the Rings, or avoiding Sharpies at all costs. Yes, I really can't stand the sound they make when they write!

I'm one of the cashiers here at Blue Goose, and I enjoy painting miniatures in my spare time. My go-to supplies are Games Workshop paints and Army Painter brushes. Outside of art, I'm a bit of a jack-of-all-trades. I can fix just about anything, earned my welding certifications through a six-month program on a whim, and climbed Mount Rainier when I was just 19. You never know what adventure or project I'll take on next!

I'm one of the cashiers at Blue Goose, and I love doodling tiny animals and making collages. Doodling brings out my whimsical side, while collaging lets me get creative and solve little visual puzzles without the pressure of making something perfect. My favorite supply in the store is the Stillman & Birn pocket sketchbooks! Outside of art, I collect tiny things, get homesick for places I've never been, and have met two actors from Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. You never know what little treasures I might be collecting next!

I'm the Retail Floor Manager here at Blue Goose, and my favorite medium is traditional gouache. I love its vibrant, opaque colors and how forgiving it is when you want to rework something or take your time. My favorite brand is Holbein, which holds a special place in my heart because their Irodori gouache set was my first high-quality art supply purchase. Outside of art, I grew up in Odesa, Ukraine, have run three half-marathons in three different countries, and once made a longboard out of recycled bottle caps. I guess I like a good creative challenge, whether it's on paper or on wheels!

I'm the Gallery Manager and Studio Coordinator here at Blue Goose, and I love all things printmaking and graphic design. I'm drawn to physical media like flyers, zines, and mixtape covers, especially the way they bring art to life in a form you can share with others. My favorite supplies in the store are anything Speedball Printmaking! Outside of Blue Goose, I design local flyers you might spot around town, collect just about anything that comes in multiples, and spend my free time exploring the local art and music scene. You might catch me at a rave in Charlotte one weekend and an art exhibition in Rock Hill the next!

I'm part of the Blue Goose team as a Sales Associate and frequent instructor. It's impossible for me to pick a favorite art form, but watercolor and pastels will always have a special place in my heart. I love watercolor for its freshness and unpredictability, and pastels for the way they combine drawing and color. Some of my favorite supplies are Caran d'Ache pencils and crayons, Sennelier pastels, and Ohuhu acrylic markers. Outside of art, I'm a lifelong lover of dogs and old trees, rarely go a day without holding a good book, and believe a little dry wit makes just about everything better!
